“Hannah is a real professional. She first evaluates your body so that she can see what needs to be done in order to start with a program of strength exercises designed especially for your body.
Then as you progress the exercises are changed because she is constantly evaluating and changing whatever is necessary. She takes special care to make certain that you are doing the exercises correctly.
