No to little equipment required (basic equipment required an exercise mat, a sturdy chair with no arms and a rolled up full length bath towel or yoga block if you have it); a stability ball may be used, but is not required.

Hannah has 15 years of experience in Sports Medicine and Health and Fitness Industry, a Masters in Applied Kinesiology, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Senior Fitness Specialist (NASM), Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM), Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM)
Hannah will help you create a personalized exercise program that meets your individual needs.

The Buffalo Grove facility has two smaller exercise rooms that may be used to provide more privacy during personal training.
The Barrington facility offers a private room for stretches & recovery; and an InBody machine to measure body composition
