  • No to little equipment required (basic equipment required an exercise mat, a sturdy chair with no arms and a rolled up full length bath towel or yoga block if you have it); a stability ball may be used, but is not required.

Perky Posture: A 2-week exercise program to build healthy posture

Program Dates: April 20th to May 3rd

Perfect for people with desk jobs, poor posture or postural imbalances; or for those who want to prevent poor posture

  • 10 exercises and activities released Monday-Thursday each week

  • 2 exercise circuits released every Friday

  • A handout with tips to support postural awareness



  • Hannah has 15 years of experience in Sports Medicine and Health and Fitness Industry, a Masters in Applied Kinesiology, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Senior Fitness Specialist (NASM), Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM), Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM)

  • Hannah will help you create a personalized exercise program that meets your individual needs.

  • Hannah will provide instructions, motivational support and advice to improve the effectiveness, enjoyment and safety of your exercise program.

  • The Buffalo Grove facility has two smaller exercise rooms that may be used to provide more privacy during personal training.

  • The Barrington facility offers a private room for stretches & recovery; and an InBody machine to measure body composition

  • Access to a diverse amount of exercise equipment to enhance your exercise program and personal training experience.

  • Option to combine Personal Training and Health and Wellness Coaching.
